Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of experience managing Dam Safety and/or Waterway Structures projects.
• Business development experience required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English

Responsibilities

• Manage resources, schedules, financials, management issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
• Ensure the success of the projects under his/her management.
• Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of Colliers Engineering & Design.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff.
• Monitor project costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget, maintains profitability, and aligns with objectives.
