Job summary

AE2S is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager in Lone Tree, CO to lead high-impact projects and strengthen client relationships across the region. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and report to the Wastewater Practice Leader, driving both project success and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years consulting experience in wastewater treatment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel for project and business development.
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance as senior leader for junior engineers in Wastewater Practice.
• Perform project delivery roles (PM, QA/QC) related to wastewater.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to deliver high-quality client services.
• Grow regional market presence by pursuing client opportunities and relationships.
