Job summary

HOH Water Technology is seeking a Water Safety Account Manager to be the trusted partner behind our clients' safety programs. The role combines client service, regulatory compliance, and revenue retention while working remotely with 25–50% travel to client sites across the United States.

You will be the primary contact for an assigned book of business, translating complex program requirements into real-world outcomes that keep facilities compliant and safe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; other relevant water safety certifications are a plus.
• Experience in water safety, water treatment, environmental health, engineering, microbiology, or related technical fields.
• Experience in account management, client services, or compliance-driven programs.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow an assigned book of Water Safety accounts with high-value service.
• Own compliance outcomes and maintain complete safety logs for all accounts.
• Implement new Water Management Programs and onboard clients, coordinating with Product Manager and Water Safety team.
