Woodard & Curran is hiring a Client Manager to drive outsourced Operations & Maintenance sales for water/wastewater clients across the United States. The role supports virtual-first or hybrid arrangements with travel up to 75% to meet clients in various settings.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in contract operations, a robust Outlook contact list, and a persuasive ability to articulate our value in a casual, client-facing manner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Contract Operations for water/wastewater utilities/industry or related field.
• Strong Outlook contact list for success in sales.
• Persuasive personality capable of articulating value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell the vision and build relationships with municipal leaders, industrial clients, and others needing outsourced water/wastewater solutions.
• Attend conferences and network to raise Woodard & Curran and your name recognition.
• Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close long-term agreements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technology teams for seamless handoffs and happy clients.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and industry start-ups to stay ahead.
