Qualifications

• 7+ years of water/cooling industry experience and a technical background in the heavy industry sector.
• Prior direct value sales experience with understanding of business fundamentals.
• Expertise in administration and management of cooling chemical applications.
• Project management experience or experience requiring planning, directing, managing, and execution of large projects in a team setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem solving, strong attention to detail, and quick understanding of technical concepts.
• Strong independent work ethic with proven track record of growth and success.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, balancing customer’s needs and company objectives.
• Strong communication skills, presentation capability, and ability to influence others through direct and indirect methods.
• Technical leadership of product lines and markets Coaching/Collaboration with other Applications, Marketing and Commercial staffs globally

Responsibilities

• Support growth initiatives and technical excellence across multiple industries.
• Conduct site technical audits and troubleshoot complex utility issues.
• Contribute to development and dissemination of technical knowledge and training programs.
• Lead internal projects focused on new technology development and market expansion.
• Serve as a key liaison between field applications and R&D by evaluating and filtering new product ideas.
• Contribute to sales growth, profitability, and sustainability of existing business operations.
