Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Warranty and Service team in Colorado. You will support Homeowners through digital channels, troubleshoot remotely, document findings, and coordinate with Trade Partners to ensure timely repairs while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma, strong communication, prior customer service experience, and solid PC skills (Word/Excel).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience required, preferably with a homebuilder.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Professionally and promptly handle homeowner requests after reviewing documentation and history.
• Use remote assistance tools to guide homeowners through troubleshooting and resolution.
• Share guidance on warranty coverage and self-help solutions.
• Document findings with relevant documents, photos, and correspondence.
• Determine scope of work for warranty repairs and coordinate with Trade Partners.
• Ensure repairs are completed and homeowners are satisfied through proactive support.
• Process back charges and EPOs to ensure prompt payment to Trade Partners.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as directed.
