Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

• Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to learn database software, warranty management systems, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, input, and process service requests via phone, email, web, Salesforce, and My Shea Home Portal.
• Schedule warranty appointments and coordinate service activity with field teams.
• Provide timely acknowledgments, confirmations, and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records in warranty systems and communicate with internal teams.
• Follow up on customer requests within two business days; contribute to process improvements.
