Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to warranty inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve claim issues following established policies.
• Enter warranty claim data into the Warranty Database accurately.
• Coordinate with dealers and internal teams for warranty reconciliations and terms.
• Use data analysis to identify patterns and support claims decisions.
