Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder in California, seeks a Customer Care Representative to provide warranty and service support to homeowners via digital channels. You will respond quickly and professionally using remote assessment and virtual technology.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting with homeowners, documenting findings, and coordinating with field teams and Trade Partners to ensure timely repairs and satisfaction. Prior customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder.
• Must possess good organizational and time-management skills.
• Understand technical aspects of residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner requests promptly after reviewing documentation, homesite, and case history.
• Guide homeowners through troubleshooting using remote tools.
• Explain warranty coverage and out-of-warranty items.
• Document all findings and correspondence for thorough case records.
• Determine scope of work for warranty repairs and coordinate with Trade Partners.
• Ensure homeowner satisfaction with proactive, knowledgeable support.
