Job summary

WarrCloud, a leading warranty processing tech company, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle AP/AR, reconcile reports, and help reduce write-offs while collaborating with OEM-based warranty administrators.

The ideal candidate has 2 years accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and Acrobat, and the ability to work independently from home in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years accounting experience in AP/AR
• Dealership administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to work independently from home in a remote team

Responsibilities

• Identify dealerships requiring accounting services and process accordingly
• Collaborate with service managers to submit new/rejected claims and obtain write-off authorizations
• Maintain a clean accounting schedule and post credit memos
• Create and follow accounting policies, processes and best practices
• Engage with Dealer Controller to review findings and implement solutions
