Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is seeking a senior operations leader to steer daily warehouse activities across sites with a focus on safety, service, productivity, compliance, and profitability. The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to drive continuous improvement.

You will develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, manage customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations (pallet in/out, pick/pack, fulfillment, inventory, WMS).
• Strong data analytics and MS Excel skills for reporting and KPI tracking.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple warehouses.
• 10 years 3PL warehouse management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for training/events/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple warehouse locations focusing on safety, service and profitability.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and allocate personnel; resolve operational issues across locations.
• Design productivity metrics, SOPs, and SOP compliance; monitor KPIs and labor trends.
• Negotiate rate cards and scope of work; manage customer scorecards and relationships.
• Lead periodic customer meetings and identify new opportunities within accounts.
