Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is seeking a leader to manage day-to-day operations of multiple warehouse locations, driving safety, service, productivity, compliance, and profitability through strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

This role covers account management, SOP development, KPI design, data analytics, and continuous improvement, with up to 30% travel and relocation opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive working knowledge of warehouse operations (pallet in pallet out, pick and pack, material fulfillment, inventory management, WMS and RF Equipment).
• Skilled in the use of computers and the internet, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment. Mastery skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Must be adept at gathering information from various sources with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements.
• 10 years 3PL warehouse management experience.
• Up to 30% travel is required for training, company events, customer interaction, break/fix, and or site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple warehouse locations to drive safety, service, productivity, compliance, and profitability.
• Manage personnel including hiring, firing, evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
• Design and manage productivity metrics and KPI reporting; use data analytics to identify labor trends and inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for each warehouse location.
• Lead account management: negotiate rate cards, monitor scorecards, conduct periodic customer meetings, identify new opportunities, and act as primary contact.
