Keller Logistics Group is seeking a Senior Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee a multi-site network of food-grade warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing operations. This remote-based role requires regular travel to facilities and a strong leadership presence with site leadership and frontline teams.

You will lead safety, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Midwest, ensuring a culture of accountability and a focus on reducing risk.

Formación

• 5+ years of safety, compliance, EHS, quality, or leadership experience in food-grade environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience supporting or leading SQF and AIB audits.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OSHA compliance programs across multiple facilities.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Travel regularly to sites and partner with leadership.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Prepare for and support SQF, AIB, customer, regulatory audits.
• Develop and deliver safety training across locations.
• Standardize safety practices for consistency across sites.
• Track safety KPIs, audit findings, injuries, and actions.
• Influence operations leadership to improve safety culture.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
