Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a detail-oriented remote specialist to process Warehouse Lending loans, paydowns, and dealer floor plan transactions. You will handle payments, wires, and onboarding with accuracy while collaborating across departments.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced banking environment. Remote work may include occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access; familiarity with banking systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Process Dealer Floor Plan transactions and paydowns.
• Post payments and payoffs; monitor daily wires and entries.
• Maintain communications with lenders, dealers and customers by email or phone.
• Support branches and departments; ensure timely processing and onboarding.
