Job summary

Secur-Serv is seeking a Waiver Processing Assistant to review, process, track, and maintain waiver applications and related documentation. This role supports clients, providers, and internal teams, entering data, monitoring stages, and ensuring LSAC policy compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of admin or data-entry experience, and strong attention to detail. Remote work-from-home position within the continental U.S., with some state restrictions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years administrative, clerical, data entry, or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review waiver applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Enter, update, and maintain applicant information in databases and case management systems.
• Track waiver requests through approval stages and follow up on missing documents.
• Communicate with applicants, providers, and internal departments about status and requirements.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of notices (approval, denial, information requests).
• Maintain confidential records per policy and privacy regulations.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Generate reports and assist with audits and QA reviews.
