Job summary

Secur-Serv is seeking a Waiver Processing Assistant to review, process, and track waiver applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will maintain data in case management systems, communicate with applicants and providers, and support audits and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage confidential information while working remotely across the continental U.S., with certain state exclusions noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of administrative, clerical, data entry, or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of LSAC fee waiver processing policies and procedures.
• Review data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review waiver applications for completeness and compliance.
• Enter, update, and maintain applicant information in databases and case management systems.
• Track waiver requests through processing stages and follow up on missing documentation.
• Communicate with applicants, providers, and internal departments about status and requirements.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of notices (approval, denial, information requests).
• Maintain confidential records per policy and privacy regulations.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Generate reports and administrative documents as needed.
• Support audits and quality assurance activities.
• Respond to inquiries about waiver programs and services.
