Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting SBA 7(a), 504, and/or USDA loans.
• Advanced knowledge of SBA SOP and lending products.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite a pipeline of SBA loans across 7(a), 504, and USDA while managing multiple transactions.
• Prepare credit memoranda covering borrower strengths, weaknesses, risk, collateral, and loan structure.
