Job summary

Sedgwick, a leading risk and claims solutions provider, seeks a Vice President of Revenue Operations to align enterprise growth with commercial priorities. This role partners with the BU President and senior leaders to optimize revenue planning, forecasting, and governance for a $750M+ business unit.

You’ll drive data strategy, analytics, and technology enablement across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve customer outcomes and profitability while guiding enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Experience advising Presidents, C-suite leaders, or enterprise executive committees.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise revenue performance through forecasting, pipeline management, and governance.
• Leads multi-year revenue plans, market expansion, and performance programs.
• Champions data strategy, analytics, and revenue technology initiatives.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to align objectives and accelerate growth.
• Provides executive-level insights to inform board discussions and strategic decisions.
• Leads organizational change and transformation to improve selling effectiveness and profitability.
