Job summary

You will partner with the Business Unit President and C-suite to optimize revenue performance, forecast accurately, and align enterprise strategy with growth priorities.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Twelve+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.

• Owns revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics to improve growth predictability.
• Establishes forecasting methodologies and governance for performance standards.
• Delivers strategic insights to executive leadership on revenue trends and risks.
• Leads executive reviews translating data into actionable revenue growth strategies.
• Drives large-scale commercial transformation across people, process, data, technology, and operating model.
