Job summary

Wesco is seeking a proven business leader to expand our Grid Services sales across power generation, renewables and high-voltage infrastructure. As VP of Sales Generation/Renewables you will set strategy, lead a high‑performing team and drive profitable growth in collaboration with Wesco’s SBUs.

You will develop partnerships with customers and suppliers, define roadmaps, bring to market new products, manage forecasts and pricing, and ensure execution across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years General Management with P&L experience.
• Proven growth in market share and revenue from strategic accounts.
• Strong leadership, planning and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Vendor relationship management experience a must.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across territories.

Responsibilities

• Define short and long-term sales roadmap and transformation strategy.
