Job summary
OnePulse, a healthcare software portfolio, seeks a VP of R&D to lead the R&D organization and craft a clear technology strategy aligned with product priorities. The role oversees architecture, engineering execution, and governance across multiple products with varied tech stacks.
The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in healthcare software, a strong AI-enabled vision, and the ability to grow a geographically dispersed team while partnering with Product to translate market needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in healthcare software domains (interoperability, EHR, analytics).
- 8+ years in a leadership role in healthcare software.
- Experience modernizing software products with customer commitments.
- Experience traveling for leadership planning (10% annually).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a portfolio level technology strategy across more than eight products.
- Partner with business leaders to translate product priorities into roadmaps and investments.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership across varied stacks and environments.
- Own engineering execution including planning, release management, and quality.
