OnePulse is seeking a visionary VP of Research & Development to guide the R&D organization for its healthcare software portfolio. You will shape technology strategy, engineering execution, quality, and operations while aligning with product priorities and market needs.

This remote-eligible role requires strong technical judgment, leadership across geographies, and experience modernizing software with AI-enabled practices, balancing customer commitments with growth.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a portfolio level technology strategy across more than eight products, balancing stability, modernization, customer commitments, regulatory expectations, and growth opportunities.
Partner with product leadership to translate priorities into realistic technical roadmaps, capacity plans, sequencing, and investments.
Provide technical and architectural leadership across varied tech stacks and hosting models.
Own engineering execution including planning, release management, quality engineering, and reliability.
