Job summary

GranularTek LLC is seeking a Vice President of Quality Engineering for Fixed Income and Capital Markets. This remote role supports teams across the United States, focusing on strategy, governance, and hands-on automation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead QA initiatives, drive test coverage, and coordinate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to improve quality across legacy migrations and new platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python programming experience is mandatory.
• 5+ years of QA/QE in Capital Markets with strong Fixed Income and middle/back office domain knowledge.
• Experience with API/UI automation, regression and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy for Fixed Income, derivatives, and middle/back office applications.
• Perform hands-on Python development and automate tests for API, UI, and end-to-end workflows.
• Test migration of legacy capital markets systems to a new platform, including automation porting and regression testing.
• Validate trade capture, valuation, settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• Establish QA governance, test coverage, defect tracking, and automation standards using Jira and Xray.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality metrics, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.
• Support CI/CD integration and performance testing.
