Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Quality Engineering for the Stock Plan Services Technology Group. Based in Westlake, TX, this senior leader designs, implements, and scales modern QE practices across the software lifecycle.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps and Security to raise quality standards, drive test automation and continuous testing, and ensure customer trust in Fidelity’s platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering and quality assurance experience.
• Proven experience leading QE/QA teams for complex, large scale technology platforms.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own quality engineering strategy and roadmap aligned with SPS goals.
• Lead test strategy including functional, regression, and integration testing with external systems.
• Build and mentor QE managers, engineers, and specialists; foster high-performing teams.
• Establish quality gates, metrics, and release criteria to support safe deployments.
