Job summary

MainStreamTek Corporation is seeking a Data Operations Lead (VP) for a REMOTE, long-term role in Capital Markets. You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness across end-to-end production and reporting.

You will act as final sign-off prior to CRIMS trading and downstream reporting, partner with Front Office, Technology, and vendors, and drive continuous improvement, risk governance, and automation including AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investment operations or Alpha/front-to-back platforms.
• Experience across Front/Middle Office, Technology, Risk and external vendors.
• Regulated financial services exposure with audits and risk governance.
• Familiarity with CRIMS or equivalent trading/downstream reporting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, annual, and ad-hoc client reporting including KPIs and board materials.
• Lead investigation and governance of complex data issues with root-cause analysis.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-risk data and production incidents.
• Collaborate with Client Pods, Front Office, and Product for service readiness.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and best-practice guidance within Alpha Data Operations.
