Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Vice President, Provider Solutions DDI Delivery to own delivery outcomes across Medicaid DDIs. This role directs end-to-end programs, builds governance, and manages budgets, staffing, and client relationships.

It is a 100% remote role with travel up to 15% annually, and leadership of multiple concurrent implementations. You will align leaders across product, engineering, architecture, and operations to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, go-live, stabilization, and transition to operations across Provider DDIs.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view of milestones, dependencies, staffing, risks, decisions, financial performance, and recovery actions.
• Maintain high-quality relationships with client executives and implementation teams, managing the relationship to ensure client needs are met.
• Lead integrated governance across Provider DDIs with clear decision rights, outputs, and escalation paths.
• Enforce stage gates and approved baselines across strategy, architecture, scope, cost, staffing, schedule, and readiness.
• Drive transformation of solution delivery practices in line with organizational strategies and ensure compliance across projects and teams.
• Align Product, Engineering, Architecture, Solutioning, Implementation, Customer Experience, and Finance to approved commitments.
• Pressure-test delivery assumptions and require executable recovery plans with owners, deadlines, dependencies, and exit criteria.
• Own delivery economics, including budget, forecast, revenue timing, margins, and resource utilization.
• Keep delivery plans aligned to a baseline, with visible impacts and tradeoffs before decisions.
• Drive DDI optimization through standardization, reusable assets, automation, and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field

Fifteen or more years in technology delivery, implementation, operations, or professional services

Ten or more years delivering Medicaid or similarly regulated programs

Executive accountability for two large-scale multi-workstream implementations

Experience leading multiple concurrent Medicaid provider implementations

Delivery planning, stage-gate governance, risk management

Delivery budgets, forecasts, and revenue timing management

Ability to align senior cross-functional and client leaders

Demonstrated delivery outcomes improvements
