Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Manager for Provider Operations Strategy and Solutions. This role leads standardized provider operational and technical solutions across Medicaid accounts, partnering with operations, product, engineering, and client stakeholders to design and optimize enrollment, outreach, system capabilities, reporting, and service delivery models.

The ideal candidate has Medicaid operations or technical service delivery experience, with strong knowledge of provider

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid operations or technical service delivery.
• Strong understanding of provider services (enrollment, screening, outreach, publications/communications, and support).
• Experience leading business process improvement, system implementation, or operational transformation initiatives across operations, product, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and standardization of provider-facing processes across Medicaid programs.
• Define business and technical requirements to support provider systems, workflows, and compliance.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures to drive operational visibility.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure systems and data capture meet needs.
• Drive provider experience improvements to reduce friction and improve access.
• Support implementation to align with enterprise standards and data requirements.
• Identify and scale best practices across accounts and initiatives.
• Support governance, executive reporting, and roadmap planning.
