Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a VP, Payment Integrity to lead strategy and operations across the payment integrity portfolio. This 100% remote role with up to 15% travel partners with Finance, Account Management, Sales and Engineering to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

You will oversee delivery, budgeting, risk management, and collaboration with AI teams to accelerate go-to-market solutions for healthcare payers, including Medicaid.

Qualifications

• At least fifteen years of gradually increasing product, finance and/or operational leadership experience.
• Experience working within the payer side of the healthcare industry required; Medicaid preferred.
• At least five years of leadership experience required in payment integrity operations.
• Familiarity with AI interventions leading to revenue acceleration and cost reduction strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations, and build partnerships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Strong strategic management, product management, planning, operational and analytical skills in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage revenue and expense budgets.
• Oversee PI delivery teams to ensure performance and alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with AI development to build and maintain a pipeline of AI projects.
• Engage in pre-sales solutioning with stakeholders to align within product portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and contract requirements.
