Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks an executive leader to own the Provider Solutions business architecture, ensuring compliant, scalable design across enrollment, credentialing, and provider data management. You will establish reusable models, govern design decisions, and drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Client stakeholders.

The role requires 15+ years in business/solution architecture with 10+ years guiding matrixed teams and deep Medicaid/public-sector experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business/solution architecture, enterprise healthcare tech
• 10+ years leading matrixed teams and 5+ years at senior director level
• Experience with Medicaid/public-sector healthcare or similarly regulated programs

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider business architecture across enrollment, credentialing, provider data management
• Establish reusable models, capability maps, and reference designs
• Lead design and configuration standards ensuring traceability and governance
• Translate proposals and contracts into governed designs before delivery commitments
• Provide leadership across multiple DDIs and ensure successful implementation
