Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Provider Solutions Business Architecture as a 100% remote VP role. You will own end-to-end architecture across enrollment, credentialing, and provider data systems, guiding multi-workstream transformations and governance across programs.

Expect rapid collaboration with Product, Engineering, and clients to translate contracts into executable designs, while driving cost-effective, compliant delivery and team development in a flexible

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of experience in business/solution architecture or related fields.
• Ten or more years leading matrixed teams and senior leadership roles.
• Experience supporting regulated healthcare programs, including Medicaid Provider solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Provider business architecture across enrollment, screening, credentialing, provider data management, portals, interfaces, and related capabilities.
• Establish reusable process models, capability maps, and governance to support provider solutions.
• Lead design and configuration standards; ensure traceability of requirements and gaps to executable designs.
• Drive transformation through standardization, reuse, and automation across DDIs.
