Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Vice President of Project Controls for Mission Critical programs in the U.S. This leadership role oversees cost management, scheduling, and budgeting across a portfolio of data center projects valued up to $50M, guiding a team of cost managers, estimators, and schedulers to deliver high quality results.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in project controls with strong EVM, Primavera P6 and MS Project expertise, plus experience leading complex teams and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in project controls, cost management, estimating, or scheduling.
• 2-3 years of direct management experience leading project controls professionals.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cost managers, estimators, and schedulers.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Ensure adherence to project controls standards.
• Present cost and schedule performance reports to clients.
