Expertise in inventory management, demand planning, logistics and supply chain execution.
Ability to influence change in ambiguous environments.
Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Shape operational, business, and financial objectives for pharmacy operations.
Lead business reviews with field leaders to assess performance and risks.
Own budget performance, labor efficiency, and cost per script within the network.
Establish forecasts, business cases, and performance recovery plans with Finance.
Collaborate with Quality to uphold safety programs and standards.
Drive continuous improvement across Home Delivery and Specialty ops.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across operations.
Drive standardization and best-practice adoption across the network.
