Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design and implement scalable workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations.

You will translate program designs, system capabilities, and clinical requirements into end-to-end processes, SOPs, and knowledge content to enable rapid adoption. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business process management, healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, change management, knowledge management, implementation, quality, or related field.
• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional business processes in a complex environment.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, work instructions, decision trees, job aids, knowledge articles, or other operational documentation.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementation, or adoption of new workflows and policies.
