Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to find a Vice President, Payer Sales in the United States. Lead revenue growth across health plans, MCOs, and payer-adjacent markets while building a scalable sales organization.

This player-coach role reports to the CEO and collaborates with marketing, product, and operations to drive demand generation and market expansion. You will own the complete sales cycle, recruit and develop a payer sales team, and establish repeatable processes with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–15 years in healthcare technology or analytics sales.
• Proven record closing complex enterprise deals with payers.
• Strong network in healthcare payer organizations preferred.
• Experience building scalable go-to-market strategies with marketing/product.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue generation across payer segment and build a scalable sales team.
• Mentor and develop the payer sales team while closing strategic opportunities.
• Develop and scale a repeatable sales process for target accounts and pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation and outbound campaigns.
• Refine market positioning and value propositions for payer audiences.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide revenue forecasts to leadership.
