Job summary

Conventus Holdings Corporation is seeking a seasoned VP, Head of Bridge / Fix and Flip Lending to lead strategy, growth, and execution of the Bridge and Fix and Flip product line. The role emphasizes speed-to-close and market expansion nationwide, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and partnering with Capital Markets, Credit, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in bridge lending, fix and flip financing, or real estate finance.
• Deep knowledge of bridge and fix and flip loan products, including rehab tiers from cosmetic to heavy construction.
• Proven ability to build and manage partnership relationships.
• Experience with capital markets partners including warehouse lenders, securitization, and loan buyers.
• Strong track record of driving loan volume growth through direct and wholesale channels.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across sales, operations, credit, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for Bridge/Fix and Flip product line, including market positioning and pricing.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to provide product training and deal structuring support.
• Develop GTM strategies to scale Bridge/Fix and Flip across the United States.
• Identify opportunities to monitor client behaviors and capture repeat business.
• Build strategic partnerships across networks and technology platforms.
• Ensure loan origination technology is refined to meet product needs.
• Collaborate with capital markets, sales, ops, and technology to refine loan offerings and processes.
• Lead end-to-end efforts to reduce time-to-close and improve borrower experience.
• Improve construction draw turnaround times and self-serve draw capabilities.
• Enhance prescreening, structuring, and pricing to improve conversion and competitive positioning.
• Work with internal and external capital partners to meet requirements and demand.
• Oversee the Bridge/Fix and Flip pipeline for end-to-end origination, draw administration and funding.
• Ensure policies and guidelines align with industry standards and investor requirements.
• Monitor delinquency, defaults, and performance to drive improvement.
