Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in engineering, operations, business, or related field.
- MBA preferred for strategic leadership roles.
- 12–15+ years of leadership experience in specialty vehicle manufacturing.
- Experience in highly customized, compliance-driven production environments.
- Strong background in KPI systems and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a KPI-driven operating system with real-time dashboards
- Improve on-time delivery and build cycle time
- Implement structured daily and weekly operating rhythms with accountability
- Identify and close performance gaps in low- to mid-volume production
- Drive root cause problem-solving for delivery, quality, and cost issues
- Align engineering, supply chain, and operations around shared KPIs
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
