Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead plant operations in a remote-capable US-based role, focusing on quality, safety, delivery, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and logistics while budgeting and CAPEX planning for sustained performance.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years may be substituted.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience with U.S. Government projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all plant operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence
• Manage cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Materials, Scheduling, and Logistics
• Develop and execute operating budgets, CAPEX plans, and annual operational strategies
• Support new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment implementation
• Build, coach, and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
