Qualifications

This leader will oversee the operating model for a highly customized manufacturing environment, with a focus on consistency, accountability, and measurable performance. The role will drive alignment across engineering, supply chain, and operations to improve delivery, quality, and cost outcomes. This leader will also help establish the discipline needed to support integration of new product lines or acquisitions while maintaining predictable execution.
