Qualifications

Ten+ years in business transformation with leadership impact or equivalent experience.
Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads transformation initiatives to support growth and delivers measurable impact.
Partners with leaders to identify high-value, enterprise-critical initiatives.
Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
Leads data-driven process redesign to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Drives adoption of innovative solutions with technology and business leaders.
Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
Executes change management to align stakeholders and culture.
