Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation - Finance to lead transformative initiatives across core finance processes. You will partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and drive data-driven decision-making.

The role emphasizes results, accountability, and scalable change across the organization. You will design programs, manage complex initiatives, and advance innovative solutions while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience in business transformation, including management roles with significant impact.
Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments.
Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
Certifications in PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma are expected.

Responsibilities

Lead major transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning with strategic goals.
Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities and orchestrate execution.
Drive adoption of data-driven solutions and measure outcomes against business objectives.
Design and deliver transformation initiatives with a rigorous, data-informed approach to improve efficiency.
Track risks, foster accountability, and embed continuous improvement across functions.
