Job summary

MGT is seeking a VP of AI Architecture & Delivery Excellence to own the technical integrity, production readiness, governance, and scalable delivery of AI solutions and agent portfolio. This internal-first leadership role will establish architecture, engineering, security standards, and drive repeatable methods from prototype to reliable production.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in AI, data, analytics, software engineering, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or professional-services delivery.
• Deep technical experience designing and delivering AI, data, or software solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI solution patterns, including LLM applications, RAG, agentic workflows, vector databases, prompt and context engineering, data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to establish architecture standards and lead technical teams delivering production-quality work.
• Experience assessing solution portfolios, resolving complex delivery problems, and managing technical risk.

Responsibilities

• Establish architecture, engineering, security, production-readiness standards.
• Lead technical triage for high-risk AI initiatives.
• Review solution architectures, estimates, delivery plans, testing approaches, and implementation risks.
• Help teams move from experimentation to secure, maintainable, production-ready solutions.
• Mentor AI solution architects, engineers, data scientists, and other technical builders.
• Partner with commercial leadership to support proposals and client engagements with technical validation.
