Zusammenfassung

Bankjoy is seeking a VP of System Engineering to own Release Management, QA, and DevOps, and to build a comprehensive quality engineering framework across the engineering organization. This role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic architectural decisions, focusing on automation, platform reliability, and regulatory compliance for fintech products.

You will lead a team including a QA Lead, automation engineers, and DevOps engineers, while collaborating with product leadership to drive

Qualifikationen

10+ years of engineering experience with leadership exposure
Proven ability to build or rebuild automation frameworks across multi‑platform environments
Experience migrating automation frameworks in web and native mobile environments (iOS/Android)
Proven track record shifting teams from manual QA to automation‑first QA in fintech or regulated settings

Aufgaben

Lead Release Management, QA, and DevOps across Bankjoy’s engineering org
Design and implement an engineering quality framework and a multi‑platform automation framework
Establish quality gates, CI/CD integration, and performance monitoring
Drive AI coding/testing adoption and governance across teams
Partner with product, support, and leadership to improve release readiness and incident response
