Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience with at least 4 years in engineering leadership, managing QA, DevOps, or platform reliability teams.
Deep background in quality engineering; built or rebuilt automation frameworks.
Experience migrating automation frameworks in multi-platform environments (web and native mobile).

Responsibilities

Lead three core engineering functions (Release Management, QA, and DevOps), owning delivery quality, release discipline, and platform reliability across Bankjoy's engineering organization.
Design and implement a modern multi-platform automation framework covering Angular, Swift, and Kotlin.
Define and enforce quality gates and metrics for release readiness; build a transparent quality dashboard.
Develop the QA organization toward automation-first practices and data-driven quality.
Partner with product leadership to enforce QA involvement in planning and grooming.
