Job summary

Ventures Unlimited, Inc. seeks a senior QA Architect to design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber. You will lead test planning, framework enhancements, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Azure DevOps.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on experience in automation, a strong background in API testing, and familiarity with Kafka, ETL, and data validation in banking/payments contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Selenium automation with Java development.
• Hands-on in designing and developing automated testing systems and frameworks.
• Proven experience as a QA Architect or similar role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with CI/CD and agile testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD).
• Lead test planning, framework enhancements, and integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Conduct end-to-end API testing and backend validations using Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
• Validate Kafka-based event-driven systems with real-time message verification techniques.
• Mentor QA teams, perform code reviews, and align testing goals with Agile sprints.
