Job summary

Ammortal, Inc. is seeking a VP of Sales to lead the sales organization end-to-end, driving growth for its wellness technology. You will own quotas, forecasting, and a repeatable sales motion while managing a small, high-impact team.

The position is remote in the US, with a clear growth path and collaboration across Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to align what is sold with what can be built and installed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales with at least 3 years leading a sales team and carrying a team number
• Experience selling into professional or collegiate sports, hospitality, wellness, private clubs or high-net-worth residential
• Track record building a sales function from informal to repeatable and documented

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Goals: carry the company revenue target and set quotas, territory and vertical coverage
• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Team with regular 1:1s and deal coaching
• Build a repeatable sales motion: document playbook from discovery to close
• Own forecasting and pipeline integrity with leadership on plan
• Set vertical strategy and prioritize efforts across defined markets
• Scale the team: hire, onboard, and ramp new reps with defined schedules
• Partner across Marketing, Partner Success, Operations and Supply Chain
