SitusAMC is seeking a senior product leader to ensure solution decisions align with our strategic goals. You will groom Epics, Features, and User Stories, maintain a ready backlog, and communicate the customer voice across Delivery Teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven prioritization and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years at AVP level, with strong UX, Agile, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 2+ years in AVP level or equivalent.
• 5+ years increasing responsibility in product or service development.
• Experience with End User usability and UX, full stack development focus.

Responsabilidades

• Align product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate vision to teams.
• Define epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog and communicate Acceptance Criteria across teams.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for needs.
• Conduct user interviews to understand problems.
• Prioritize work to align with strategic direction.
• Coordinate releases and change mgmt activities.
• Prepare release notes for clients or internal users.
• Create and monitor metrics to improve processes.
• Mentor and train team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
