Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of epics, features and user stories. You will align work with business goals, define success criteria, and ensure solutions meet customer needs while balancing capacity and demand.

You will mentor teams, coordinate releases, gather user insights through interviews, and maintain a ready backlog. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential, with real estate domain knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of industry experience; AVP level or equivalent.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in product/service development.
• 7+ years in solution design with emphasis on UX and End User usability.
• Strong analytical skills to map persona/outcome to business impact.
• Experience with data engineering and big data concepts.
• Knowledge of CD/CI pipelines and software delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with the organization’s strategy and communicate the vision to teams.
• Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog for cross-functional delivery teams.
