Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Product Manager/Owner to act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, sponsors, and users. You will vet and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories, balance capacity with demand, and maintain a ready backlog aligned to the strategic vision.

You will mentor teams, conduct user interviews, and ensure releases meet customer needs while driving value. A background in real estate tech or related domains is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in industry with 2+ years in AVP level or equivalent, delivering measurable customer value.
• 5+ years leading solution design with full-stack, UX-focused delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to map persona/outcome to business impact.
• Experience with data engineering and big data concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile governance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with organizational strategy and communicate vision to teams.
• Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes; manage backlog readiness.
• Evaluate, prepare, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Balance capacity and demand to propose solution options.
• Coordinate releases and change management; prepare release notes.
• Represent the voice of the customer and conduct user interviews.
• Identify risks and dependencies; monitor cross-team progress.
• Ensure release work aligns with strategic goals and ensures value.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements.
