Job summary
Foundant in the United States is seeking a senior Product leader to own the PM function across our SaaS portfolio, serving customers in the US, Canada, EU, Australia and the UK. You will lead Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Designers, set direction, raise the bar for how the portfolio is built and run, and partner with CTO/CEO/CSO to shape strategy and investment.
The role emphasizes building organizational maturity, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with engineering,
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading product management, including building and leading PM orgs at scale.
- Experience leading PM, PO, and Product Design within SaaS.
- Experience operating a multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolio.
- Experience selecting, implementing, and scaling PM processes, tooling and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the product management function across Foundant's SaaS portfolio.
- Lead PMs, POs, and Product Designers across product lines.
- Build organizational competency, process maturity and tooling.
- Instrument signals, data and metrics at portfolio level.
- Partner with CTO, CEO and CSO on portfolio strategy and investments.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on roadmap execution.
- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success for GTM and value realization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
