Job summary

Glass Roots Construction (GRC) is seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Procurement to own and scale our national supply chain and procurement operations. Reporting to the CP&PO, you will design systems and build a team to consolidate spend, negotiate with vendors, and ensure a resilient, cost-efficient procurement function.

You will lead enterprise-level negotiations, partner with Finance and Operations, and drive data-driven decisions across all regions while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

Progressive procurement leadership experience in multi-million dollar spend portfolios.
Experience scaling procurement in high-growth construction/infrastructure environments.
Leadership of procurement teams for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute national procurement strategy end-to-end across regions.
Lead negotiations with key vendors and subcontractors for favorable terms.
Partner with Finance and Operations to integrate procurement into project workflows.
Mitigate supply risks with contingency planning and market insight.
